- Creators can now limit who can follow your channel based on email and/or phone verification. A similar version of this functionality has been active for chats for a while.
- Twitch updated the Sexual Content guidelines to say, "Content that focuses on intimate body parts for a prolonged period will not be allowed."
- The Twitch Terms of Service were updated to include new details on how they recommend content to viewers.
- Aftermath reports that Twitch CEO Dan Clancy hopes to bring back Artistic Nudity once more safety measures are in place.
- New Hype Train emotes for achieving Levels 10, 25, 50, and 100 are now available. The approximate community support needed to unlock these emotes is ~$400, ~$5000, ~$40,000, and ~$500,000, respectively.
- Amazon Music has shut down the feature that distributed artists' Twitch streams on their Amazon page.
- Twitch Alerts now have a randomizer.
- Sub Prices increased in Australia (now A$8.99), Canada (now C$7.99), and the UK (now £4.99).

- StreamElements has launched combined Twitch, YouTube, and Twitter Chats with SELive.
- YouTube Shorts is averaging 70B daily views. More than 80% of channels that joined YPP through Shorts eligibility also earn through other YPP features.
- Softgiving (now Brandfluence) has dropped its defamation lawsuit against Jacob Wolf and three others. They continue to pursue their lawsuit against Tiltify.
- Elgato launched a new FaceCam Mk.2. This is a good review by EposVox.
- A recent study suggests 47% of Americans support a TikTok Sale or Ban. Meanwhile, TikTok's Chinese cousin, Douyin, has banned AI content from the platform.
- Tussle, a black-owned alternative to TikTok Live streaming, is currently in beta testing.
- Fourthwall has updated the merch designer to make alignment more straightforward to do.
