Good Monday All! Last week, I asked if any of you were planning to monetize in NEW ways in the coming months and what those ways might be. 55% of you said you were, while 32% were undecided. Only 13% had no plans to monetize in new ways.
Regarding what you might do, 35% of you are looking into Third Party subscription services like Patreon or Fansly, 13% are looking into selling merch, 10% have plans to do sponsored content, and 7% are considering setting up an Etsy store! One person is planning on scaling back content creation and finding a job.

Twitch News

- Twitch's lead for all European Operations, Damian Burns, ᵀ has left the company.
- Guest Star is testing a function to invite a streamer who raids you onto your stream. ᵀ
- Amazon is building new Published Focused Ad products, and Twitch is directly part of the plan.
- Ofcom says that Twitch's (as well as Snapchat and TikTok) rules and terms of service are too complex and difficult to understand.
- Twitch now claims that it has 35M average daily visitors (up from 31M in 2022).
- Drops V3 ᵀ are launching over the next several months. It will improve reliability and flexibility. The experience for streamers and viewers will not change.
